TWIGGS.png

go dj twiggs

Chicago-born. New Orleans -raised. GoDJ-certified. 15 years strong.

When it comes to reading the room and rocking the party, DJ Twiggs doesn’t just play music, he creates moments. Born in Chicago and raised in New Orleans, his sound is a reflection of two musical powerhouses: the soulful oldies and Chicago house music he grew up on, and the bounce, go-go, southern soul, and streetwise hip hop of his life in the South.

What started 15 years ago as a mission to bring better music to local swing and hand dance events has turned into a movement. DJ Twiggs went from throwing his own parties to being the one everybody calls when they want the energy right, from family functions to weddings, nightclubs to festivals. Every set is built live in the moment, tailored to the crowd, and grounded in experience.

You’ll hear it all: r&b, rap, reggae, funk, soul, pop, and surprise mashups that flip the night upside down. And no matter what genre is playing, the result is the same, hands up, feet moving, vibes all the way up.

In 2022, DJ Twiggs was officially inducted into GoDJ, the most respected DJ crew in New Orleans and beyond. You can regularly catch him moving the crowd at Fat Tuesday on Bourbon Street, but his reach goes far beyond the club.

Known for creative blends, bold transitions, and smooth crowd control, DJ Twiggs turns every event into a one of a kind experience.

Chicago made him. New Orleans raised him. 15 years earned it. GoDJ certified it.
Now? DJ Twiggs is a whole vibe.
